I found the site rather slow when it came to processing the chat - I mean that I would send a message and it would be, I felt, an awfully long time to receive a response. I must admit I found MSN a lot faster. Apart from that I found the site very similar to all other chat sites.
The chat itself started slowly with everyone a bit shy and then I found it very confusing as everybody was trying to talk at once and you don't really know what's happening. It is usually better to choose one person to chat to and change to a private chat.
There was one participant who found it exciting as it was her first time chatting and she admitted that she is a shy person and preferred this method of communicating with people which I found interesting as I am rather shy myself yet I prefer face to face any day. You know exactly who you are talking to.
I think this form of internet communication has benefits for people like the shy girl to open up which is great but for me personally, maybe I'm cynical, I have found that usually it is a lot of lies and people pretending to be something they are not.
